Todd Morton
The founder and principal of Concept to Creation Consultants is Todd Morton. Todd is a mechanical engineer by trade, with his degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Before founding C2C, Todd has worked for a variety of companies, from small to large. He was the engineering manager at RealD and took them from a startup through IPO. He has worked on many types of products, ranging from large industrial, consumer electronics (such as computer disk drives and consumer displays,) eyewear, automation tooling as well as extensive work in theatrical cinema. Todd has implemented design improvements and vendor selection projects that have yielded over $300 million in cost savings. Todd is the designer of RealD's eyewear- the highest produced eyewear in the world, with over 2 billion pair made. He has also made one of a kind automated equipment capable of micron tolerances over 15 meter length. He is an expert in engineering design, project management, quality, statistics, and vendor management.
